What made the stay less relaxing than I’d hoped was how crowded the hotel felt, even out of season. On our last night, roughly 100 people were waiting for dinner, and the beach bar often had queues of more than 10 because one person was making drinks and coffees. The sea and beach views were lovely, though, and the hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The food had enough choice and was decent for an all-inclusive, if nothing special, and the price felt fair. We had to return to reception after arriving because our room only had two beds, despite the booking being for three. The air conditioning wasn’t cold during the off-season, so we left the balcony door open at night. Our bathroom had a bath with a small glass shower screen that didn’t work very well, while other rooms had larger walk-in showers. The bedroom TV didn’t work either, but I didn’t report it because it wasn’t a priority. I’m glad we stayed, but the crowds and smaller hassles make me unsure about coming back.

The staff were the nicest part of the stay. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly, especially the reception and restaurant teams. We also loved the spot, right across from the beach, and watched the sunrise each morning. From the balcony we could just see the sea and coastline to one side, with mountains on the other. The hotel itself felt neglected rather than charmingly old. It seems to have been renovated quite a while ago and now looks cheaply dated. Even with daily cleaning, our room still felt dirty, and the kettle had a burnt smell that made us reluctant to use it. Meals were repetitive and unappetizing, and we were thoroughly tired of the food by the end.

The staff, food and drinks were all amazing, so we’re already thinking about coming back later this year. The bedroom TV didn’t work, and the pool was ridiculously cold, lol. Still loved this hotel.

For €78, this was a bargain. We were only there one night and got a very comfortable suite with a separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom. It’s right on the Paseo, with flat walking and some excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and served buffet-style, with a wide selection. The coffee was okay too.

The animation team made this holiday for us. CELIA and SURAYA were full of energy, kind and so good with our 8 year old son and baby girl. They remembered our names, chatted with my husband and me, and brought us into bingo, karaoke, a dance class and even a dance competition. Those girls deserve medals, or lots of money 😅. Thank you, CELIA and SURAYA, for all the fun and laughs ❤️. The kids club was closed, but there were still activities like boules, archery and a mini disco. We had a fantastic half-term week as a family, even though I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, with towel changes, but the same bedsheets were used again. There were quite a few ants, and the decor was dated, though the facilities were fine. Wi-Fi worked everywhere, the lifts worked, and step-free access was useful with our buggy. We had to ask for a travel cot despite emailing ahead, so it wasn’t in the room when we arrived. Meal queues were ridiculous, first waiting outside for a table, then lining up at the buffet. Tables needed clearing faster, and the buffet wasn’t great. The Italian restaurant was closed, so we ate at local places. Not all the bars were open either, and walking to the nearest one and then queuing again took time away from relaxing together. The public toilets by reception and the hall could have been checked more often. There was sometimes no paper or soap, one cubicle lock was broken, and once there was only one cubicle with paper, plus sometimes pee on the floor. Reception was very busy, with long check-in lines and phones that often went unanswered. The staff there were generally smiley and helpful, but we sometimes had to wait for someone who spoke English. More multilingual staff would have been better. Despite all that, we made the most of the trip and had a great time.
