That walk-in shower was better than ones I’ve had in four-star hotels. The hostel itself is excellent too, with a really comfortable bed and a very clean room.

The owners’ hospitality and the restaurant food were the best parts. The portions were huge, everything tasted homemade, and we felt right at home. The location isn’t especially touristy, but the spacious rooms are nicely decorated and make it a good place to relax.

We had a very good stay in a peaceful setting, with comfortable rooms and friendly service. The hostel and restaurant in Torreorgaz are about 15 km from Cáceres. The €13 set menu has plenty of variety, tastes homemade, and is excellent value. I’d highly recommend it for a meal or a place to stay.
