Sitting outside in the evening was a nice way to unwind, and there’s enough room to do that. Inside, the apartment feels spacious and very clean. It’s furnished really thoughtfully, too.

The town is welcoming and the location works well, but I left feeling the stay promised more than it delivered. We wanted peace and privacy at Rincón de Pau, yet noises from the woodwork, kitchen and outside made it hard to sleep. The pool is so small it barely cools your feet, and that wasn’t mentioned in the description. The apartment itself is clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed, though the furniture is quite worn. The whirlpool tub is nice, but I would’ve appreciated a practical shower.
