Apartamento MIRAMAR

About the Miramar II apartment building on Perseo Street: the apartments are very nice, and the pool is fantastic. The pool hours are listed as 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., but people swam at 9 in the morning and late at night. It's also meant to be closed from 3 to 5 p.m., yet nobody enforced that, and people were shouting and yelling then. The 25-person capacity was ignored as well. I counted as many as 40 people. Very poor on that front.

The nicest thing about Los Miramares is the view. The buildings are a few years old and rather unattractive outside, but renovated interiors can be quite nice. They're not very large, though the surroundings are beautiful. It's about 4 kilometers from Torrevieja, close to La Mata and its beaches. There's a lovely nearby cove, but it's pebbly, so water shoes are a good idea. There are all sorts of amenities, and it's a way to avoid Torrevieja's bustle. Highly recommended.

A really good place.

The apartments feel really welcoming, and the owner was lovely to deal with directly. The spot in Cabo Cervera, Torrevieja is spectacular. I'd happily come back and do it again.
