The apartment was filthy, with a moldy smell, old furniture, and stale, worn textiles. My mother got insect bites. I have asthma and can't stay in damp, moldy places, but they showed no concern for guests' health. This isn't suitable for people with sensitivities. We left after just 12 hours, and they never refunded my money. £900 for 12 hours in that condition. They told Booking we had chosen another property because it was cheaper, so they wouldn't have to refund us. Honestly, a terrible place in every way. Stay away!

The apartments are practical and spacious, with pleasant staff and a 24-hour desk where they understand English. They're close to everything and prices are competitive. My favorite rooms are the ones facing Purisima, where the sun is, so try to get one if you can. The downside is there's no food service at the hotel.

We had no noise at night, and parking was easy. The beach was only a two-minute walk away. Our apartment was very clean, with a nice kitchen, and all the staff were helpful and kind.

BANDIdos!!! This place is absolutely awful. Don't give the hotel your credit card. I've been waiting three months for a bill and refund. It should be shut down.
