I could've happily moved into this apartment. It was spotless, well equipped, and set in a peaceful residential area. We especially enjoyed dinner on the lovely balcony overlooking the garden each evening, and the beach restaurants are under six minutes away. Consum is just around the corner too. The welcome pack was a thoughtful extra, with washing-up liquid, a scourer, dishcloth, and laundry tablets. There’s a washing machine, plus an iron and ironing board. Irina at reception was wonderful, sharing plenty of advice and even offering to arrange help with our luggage. My husband has severe back problems and uses a mobility scooter, and he found the apartment block easy to get around. There are quite a few keys to get used to, though they do add security.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. The corridors were mopped every day, and the gardens were swept and pristine. Inside, the apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed. The huge balcony and very comfortable bed were highlights, as were the thoughtful cleaning pack and selection of coffee, tea, and biscuits. Check-in was straightforward at the office just up the road, where Pablo was very helpful.

We won't be staying here next year. Check-in is listed as 4-7 pm, but when we arrived at 5 there was nobody at the office and no one picked up the phone. We ended up waiting outside in the heat for more than half an hour. Yet asking for just one extra hour to check out was completely refused, even with the place only half occupied. Rules are fine when everybody follows them.

The flat was a lovely size and in a great location, with air conditioning, a modern kitchen, and a TV offering channels in several languages. The surrounding gardens were pleasant to stroll through and clearly well looked after. Reception staff were always smiling and gave us maps with personal tips for restaurants, pools, bars, clubs, and more. They also upgraded us after noticing a mistake in the number of people listed for our holiday. I'd love to come back.

The best part is the outdoor pool, though entry costs extra. It's set in a pretty garden and has a good lunch restaurant, but gets very busy every August. The houses and apartments are in a pleasant development with nicely maintained plants and shrubs.
