Homely Apartments Las Salinas

The house was in poor condition, and when I showed them photos of the problems, they got offended. They claim it had been cleaned, but the pictures show hair on the table, a dirty tablecloth, sticky kitchen utensils, filthy corners, and a floor that was unswept and stained from mopping. The windows were so dirty they were hard to close. The sofa, if you can call it that, was extremely uncomfortable, and the mattress was awful. You sank into it so much you could barely move, and the sheets kept coming off. This isn't the only account of the cleaning problems: it's obvious the place hadn't been cleaned in a long time, despite what they say. They also gave guests false information and spoke to me disrespectfully about things unrelated to the reservation and none of their business. The details they gave me didn't match what they put in the listings. They even called me a liar in the comments, when they're the ones advertising accommodation they can't provide. When I asked about the schedule, they gave me different information from the reservation, then blamed me for the mix-up. They're unprofessional and take criticism badly, even when they know they're in the wrong.
