We found El Palmeral Residential Complex wonderfully calm, with a real sense of being away from the city. It feels like a peaceful little urban oasis, and the many palm trees give it a distinctive charm as soon as you arrive. The gated residential area is quiet and secure, making it a good fit for a holiday or a longer stay. A lovely choice if you're looking for nature and peace.

The only reason I gave El Palmeral one star is how close it is to the sea. For the price, I couldn't relax at all: there's loud, awful music by the pool constantly, and even in the neighboring houses you can't have a girl's dream. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Most apartments at El Palmeral de Torrevieja belong to people who live there or keep them as second homes; only a few are rented through Booking.com and Airbnb. The private complex sits right on Los Locos beach and has a large pool, a restaurant, tennis courts, and more. Its residents and neighbors can enjoy beautifully cared-for lawns, plants, and over 200 palm trees. It's a beautiful garden, and in my view the best residential complex in Torrevieja and on the Costa Blanca.
