The room was spacious and the location was good, but the sewage smell in the building was awful. The towels smelled strongly of cigarettes and the shower wasn't clean. Not pleasant, especially when traveling with kids.

The apartment was lovely and really well appointed. I forgot to book all of us in, which caused a small access problem, but the management team sorted it out quickly.

The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was clean with plenty of sun beds. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars, plus a beautiful marina and a nearby beach. My only downside was the paper thin walls. We could hear everything from both sides and upstairs.

We spent an hour waiting outside because the code wouldn't work. Then we found out they'd changed our room and forgotten to tell us. The service was poor.

The customer service was friendly and really helpful. Our apartment was clean and spacious compared with other BNBs we've stayed in, and it was just a 6 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. I'd recommend coming back.
