The pools, jacuzzis, and grounds look stunning, but using them has been difficult because of the strict restrictions around the pool. The posted safety and upkeep rules seem fair, and I understand why rules are needed. Still, during the year I've been coming here, one security team member has patrolled the pool all day, watching everyone and enforcing a much stricter personal version of those rules. It really spoils the stay. That's a shame, because Sea Senses has excellent facilities, high-standard apartments, and views that are hard to match. It's in a quiet area, with a great bar and restaurant right outside the complex. Apart from this issue, I have only positive feedback about this beautiful resort.

It's a lovely place with great facilities, but the pool rules are so strict that I wouldn't recommend it to families. No running, splashing, or toys of any kind, not even the matchbox car my 3 year old had. It's just not child friendly.

We stayed for a week, and the elevator was out of order the entire time. The pool was closed for some days too, and the service was terrible. Don't waste your money here.

This company is sad. I'd give it 0 stars if that were possible. There was no customer service, and they rented us an apartment using fake photos. It was very dirty, something someone from their own company confirmed. Later they denied it and refused compensation. Whenever you call, they say they'll call back. Be careful booking with them!

Great location, clean facilities, and lovely staff. There's lots to do, with plenty of pools and a jacuzzi. The children loved the paddle court, park, and football.
