The apartment is neat and fully equipped, in a quiet spot just outside the center. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a fantastic supermarket, but the beach is too far to walk to. The pool is lovely and the garden with trees is beautiful. There are lots of elderly people, though, and children aren't allowed to play with a ball or inflatable ring. Very little is allowed, and the lifeguards are strict. Parking is really difficult in high season. Also, there's dog poop everywhere, so please clean up after your dogs.

The interpretation center is right in the park, and you can explore the nature reserve on foot or by bike, with views of the lake and flamingos. Around Torrevieja's pink lake, the landscape is striking, and it’s possible to enjoy it without crowds.

The owner and manager were both so warm and friendly. I had a great time here and would happily recommend it to anyone.

The building’s inner shared space is a lovely little park, with mature trees and lots of green that give you welcome shade in summer. The apartment itself was clean, modern and well equipped, and there are three elevators and easy parking. There’s a fantastic pool with a children’s section, too, and the apartments are great value with all the amenities. A Mercadono supermarket and a Chinese restaurant are less than a block away; other restaurants and a pharmacy are nearby as well. The beach, with sandy ground and no rocks, is about a 10-minute walk, though I wouldn’t call it ideal for little kids. It’s family-friendly, and most of the guests seemed to be Russians, French, Swedes and Belgians.
