We came back two days later and had the same great lunch all over again. There’s a great range of pinxos, both hot and cold, and the service was lively, friendly and efficient. The food and wine were so reasonably priced that we’d estimated the bill at about 1.5 times what it actually came to. We’ll definitely return when we’re back in l'estartit.

We got lucky and found a table even without a reservation. It’s a small local spot, with really friendly staff and fresh, tasty dishes. We even got to watch everything being prepared right in front of us.

The pintxos were good, though not outstanding, and the toilet situation is why I’d only give this two stars. I had to crouch over a seatless toilet in the dark and use my phone flashlight. For me, a working toilet with a seat and a light is the bare minimum. People say dining out means paying for the experience, but that isn’t one I want to pay for. Sort it out.
