I paid for an extra night after extending my stay, but still couldn’t get hot water. I even tried another room and had the same problem. After being out all day, I couldn’t take a proper shower before leaving early the next morning. Their advertised 24-hour assistance was neither responsive nor helpful. A very disappointing experience, and not what I expected for the price of a hotel.

Ordering a romantic room setup meant finding plastic rose petals scattered across the bed. That level of service shouldn’t still exist.

There’s no reception or staff presence at the hotel, and the check-in process felt complicated and unreliable. I received only some of the emails, then spent two hours trying to get into my room. The room was very noisy because it was near the lift. It was basic, about what you’d expect from a two-star hotel, and there was no food on site, though restaurants and cafes are close by. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again.

The room was clean and the location worked well for a basic overnight stay. There’s no fridge, and the walls are thin, so light sleepers might want earplugs.

Fine for one night, especially at the low price. The room and bathroom were clean, but there’s no reception or breakfast. We heard quite a bit of noise from outside, and the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke and made some noise too.
