The hotel's design is beautiful and very tasteful, but the service didn't come close to what you'd expect at this price, especially for a place marketing itself as luxury. To me, it felt more like a stylish shared Airbnb than staying at a hotel. Breakfast was a big problem. The hotel has at least twice as many rooms as its five tiny breakfast tables, so finding a seat was luck of the draw. Everything was self-service, basically a little kitchen guests could use. People had to clear tables for the next diners, or clean and reset dirty ones and wash dishes that were missing before they could eat. That's not acceptable at this price. The breakfast food was disappointing too. There was just one kind of bread, completely dry white bread, the sort often used for pan con tomate. That's fine in that setting, but at breakfast it seemed old and stale. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. I talked to other guests staying several nights, and they said this seemed to be standard, not unusual. It's a shame, because the hotel looks lovely, but the stay itself was disappointing and far below what you'd expect from a luxury hotel.

Beatrice and Elizabeth made our stay feel special, and the whole team was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Before we even arrived, they shared thoughtful restaurant suggestions and helped book reservations. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and some rooms have lovely views. We also enjoyed the light dinner with wine. It was delicious and a nice way to unwind. I had a fantastic stay at ORA Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

What made our stay at the Ora was the welcome from Mairelys and Blanc. They were warm and patient, shared fascinating facts about the hotel and region, and had us laughing. We felt excited, comfortable, and lucky from the moment we arrived. All four staff members who helped us were friendly and kind. The town is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the hotel's design is elegant. We can't wait to visit again :)

A lovely boutique hotel in Spain's Priorat wine region, with quiet surroundings and fabulous nature, food, and wine across the area. The staff are discreet, extremely helpful, and kind. A great fit for couples or anyone after a peaceful retreat.

The rooms are really comfortable, and the hotel is well equipped. It's a small place with everything you'd want for an authentic stay in the heart of a wine region. Breakfasts feel personal and are lovely, and dinner is delicious, with some of the region's best wines.
