The blocks are very well kept, with 24 apartments in each, great views, and large swimming pools with free loungers around them. Fresh towels and blankets were ready when we arrived, and the floors had been cleaned. The shower water kept switching from warm to cold, though, and some of the furnace heaters weren't working.

The apartment itself was nice, spacious, and comfortable, and by the end we did get the standard we had originally paid for. But getting there took a fight. At check-in we were told we'd been upgraded to a two-bedroom place of the same standard. In reality, it was much older, lower standard, and dirty, with stains on the bed cover and towels. When I pointed out the mistake, they offered another apartment at the advertised standard shown in the photos, but wanted us to pay extra for it. We only got the accommodation we had booked after insisting on our rights and EU law. The service around cleaning was also poor. We were given a date and time when the apartment would be cleaned and the sheets and towels changed, but nobody came, and there was no explanation. We had gathered the towels in the bathtub to make things easier for the cleaner, so we were left with damp, dirty towels that day. I called the number they gave us at check-in, and the only option they offered was for us to drive to their office in the middle of dinner and collect clean ones ourselves. The person on the phone refused to bring them and said he would wait 15 minutes for us to get there. The complex seemed to be owned by one company, and it wasn't in perfect condition. Only one of the five showers by the pool worked, the jacuzzi was closed the whole time, and the pool area toilets were shut, so you had to go back to the apartment if you needed to use one. Those issues alone wouldn't have stopped me giving a high rating, but all the other problems left a very negative impression and made the rental company's practices feel questionable. It felt like we had to fight for what we'd paid for and still didn't really get it. The terrible service got in the way of relaxing and affected our holiday. It's a shame, because the apartment was nice, but I'll look elsewhere in future and won't return.

The views are great and they provide everything you need. But the beds really need replacing or upgrading. Those were probably the worst two nights of sleep I've ever had. I'm 18 and woke up feeling like I was in my late 70s, my back's wrecked, so honestly I'd rather sleep outside maccies at 4 corners.

The receptionist was lovely and helped us with everything. We booked through Wowcher and weren't given the reception details, but checked the website, saw it was separate from the apartments, and found it without trouble. Our apartment was huge and very clean, and smelled clean too. It had a sea view, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a massive balcony. The kitchen had everything you'd need at home, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and all the utensils. There's on-site parking if you're driving, with details provided at reception. We came for a short break and absolutely loved the location, the people, the apartment, and the views. We rented a car to travel around, but even without one, our three days would have been enough to enjoy the sea, mountains, beautiful houses, and Spain's amazing December colours. Everything was 10/10, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommended 👍
