Set high above the town, Villa Omiari was so peaceful, and the view was beautiful. The beds were comfy with new mattresses, and there was air conditioning in every room. Everything we needed was there, the place felt very secure, and the pool was cleaned weekly. The owners were lovely. We'd definitely go back.

Four days before our paid stay was due to begin, the villa owner cancelled, saying it was “no longer available.” They gave no other explanation. I can only assume they decided they wanted to stay there themselves. Unreliable.

We had a wonderful stay, with impeccable service from Ana and Mario, who were kind and professional. The villa is up in the mountains, so it's lovely and quiet, with birdsong all around, yet the beautiful beaches are only 10-15 minutes away. Every corner seems set up for guests' comfort.

Our confirmed, paid reservation for a month was simply cancelled by the owner. Maybe they got a longer booking that suited them better, but that's only a guess. If you don't want the owner cancelling your booking like this, I'd stay away. Very unreliable!
