The street-facing rooms are SO noisy, the bathrooms are filthy, and the furniture is damaged. Even the “Do not disturb” sign gets ignored, with staff coming into the room all the time. I’ve stayed here five or six times, and it seems to get worse on each visit. The hotel looks much better in the photos. In my opinion, the owner stopped investing a long time ago and is now just trying to milk the cash cow. The outdated AC controls make room temperature a nightmare. Asking around 120€ per night for this experience is shocking.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful. Lovely hotel, and the restaurant was great too. The only problem was that the room felt too warm. I don't think the air conditioning was on.

One star for Christian. After a long day, we came to the terrace hoping to have a beer and smoke a cigarette. We brought our own beer, which was our mistake, and Christian was very rude to us. We then ordered a beer at the bar, but he came back and told us to leave the terrace anyway.

The pool area is great, the rooms are big, and the staff are friendly. It's a nice hotel for families. The water pressure could be better, and the restaurant is overpriced with slow service.

After good stays at several other SB Hotels, this one felt dated. The bed was poor, and there wasn't even drinking water in the room. The price was twice what other 4-star hotels nearby cost, but I wouldn't call this a 4-star place. More like a solid 2. To switch off the AC, you have to flip the circuit breaker in the fuse box. I've never come across that in a “4-star hotel” before. If I'd known, I'd have booked somewhere else.
