The spa is nice, but that's about it. When we booked, they said there was a shuttle to the ski lifts at 9am and pickups from the lifts at 15-17. When we arrived, we were told pickup was only at 17. Because of the state of emergency, all the lifts had closed early, so skiing wasn't possible. We called and asked for an earlier pickup, but they refused, leaving us to wait 1.5h. Absolutely poor service. The room prices are also high for the standard, especially when the lifts are 10 minutes away by car.

The hotel needs some restoration. The furniture is old, some electrical sockets have exposed wires, paint is peeling from the walls, and the bathrooms are dated. On the plus side, the location is excellent, the rooms have amazing views, and the breakfast and dinner buffet is great. The common areas are good too, with two large game rooms and a very nice bar. There's also a spa, though you have to pay to use it.

Shinouda, Alice, Rosi, and Eden were fantastic hosts. The spa, restaurant, room, and bar were all exceptional. Definitely recommend.

I had some of the best food and cocktails at this hotel. I really recommend having a drink with the bartender, he knows lots of stories about alcohol.

The location is amazing, and we stayed for 2 nights. The spa is really nice, though I think the water should be warmer, even in summer. Meals and breakfast could have been better for a 4 star hotel. I expected more choices, and there were no vegetables at breakfast, such as cucumber or tomatoes. Still, it was a good experience overall.
