We were robbed, and several apartments in the building were broken into that same day. Booking.com offered no real support, saying we should have turned the key twice to lock the door. With people able to move around the building so easily, it felt unsafe for our children. There’s no security, and the support from booking.com was poor. I’d say don’t book this place.
