They cancelled my reservation two days before I was due to arrive, without giving a reason. I’d booked an apartment through Booking.com and the reservation had been confirmed, but they wouldn’t let me pay online. When I called, they said they were busy and asked me to ring another day. I tried again and nobody answered. Terrible service.
