It’s close to most attractions, but the evenings were really noisy. The buildings are packed close together, and I couldn’t sleep because I could hear the neighbors talking and their TV. Some people might like this place, but it wasn’t to my taste.

The location was perfect for our two-night stay, and the room was clean, simple and lovely, with all the amenities we needed. Most of all, the people there were so nice and made everything feel effortless. We checked out at 11 am but still wanted to spend the day in Tossa. They let us leave our luggage at the pensio and collect it whenever we liked, which helped so much and gave us another full day there. My boyfriend and I were really happy with our stay.

I could walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the town’s atmosphere at night, so the location was perfect for me. It also worked really well for solo travel. The hosts were lovely and kind, and even let me check in early :)

Codolar is a modest guest house in the old town, next to Castillo de Tossa, with spotless rooms, welcoming hosts and good rates. The roof terrace has a great view. It’s a short walk to town centre, though why bother, and only 3 mins to the beach. There’s no airconditioning, but tiled floors and pedestal fans were enough. The Wifi isn’t especially fast, but the coverage seemed good and it was reliable. Thank you Codolar 🤗

Lovely host and a lovely breakfast. This fabalous place is perfectly located near the sea, the castle, shops and restaurant. Highly recommend.
