They put the reservations back up for sale at a higher price after cancelling our April booking for 14 people, made two months earlier. Their excuse was a medical problem. Curious, isn't it? An entire family was left stranded with no chance to book somewhere else. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't risk booking here.

With 14 of us, we were left with nowhere to stay after Bastida Apartments in Totana cancelled our reservation without an explanation, when it was already too late to find another place. I'm amazed they left us stranded like that, unable to do anything. If you don't mind the risk of being left without accommodation at the last minute, this is the place for you.

They've cancelled all our Easter week bookings so they can charge more for that period. Pretty shameless. Losing a ton of regular customers who won't come back for the rest of the year must be worth it to them.

There's not much kitchenware, and the toilet seat doesn't fit properly. The bathroom heater can't reach the socket. On the plus side, the mattresses are really comfortable and there's plenty of blankets.

The sheets were disgusting, and bugs had infested the closets. The accommodation was filthy, and the owners were incredibly rude. I definitely won't stay there again.
