The food was the standout for me: inventive, beautifully presented, and, above all, full of delicious flavours. The wines were thoughtfully matched, too. We also had a very good room, and the staff were pleasant and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

Sebastian and his wife gave us a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience, and Carlos was great with the service. He also shared advice on places to visit near the Hospederia. Set in a marvelous mountain spot, it's a place to find peace and relax. We'll be back, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The champagne arrived warm, and there were several other things that shouldn't happen at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We ordered oysters and found shell all over them. They explained that the person who normally prepares them wasn't there. I've eaten at the restaurant on other occasions, but this visit was different: poor quality, poor service, a high price, and small portions with no accompaniment.

We thought we'd booked a hotel room and were surprised to discover a Michelin-starred restaurant inside. The hotel itself is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Such an unexpected find for us.
