No drinkable water or rubbish collection, and they even said we should take the dog waste away with us, though they charge extra for bringing pets. They ask for a €150 deposit for damage or misuse, then keep some of it for cleaning, which wasn't very good anyway. The water isn't potable, there was dirt everywhere, and the pool hadn't been prepared, so it was unusable in 30-degree heat. The jacuzzi tub didn't work either. For a house advertised as five-star, I doubt it deserves even two. A weekend to forget.

As soon as we arrived, we had to clean the whole house ourselves. The dishwasher smelled awful, and washing dishes with the well water was unpleasant because it came out yellow. The water isn't drinkable, which the listing doesn't mention. There's no rubbish collection, yet they tell you to leave rubbish in their container. They charge for pets but say they don't handle pet waste; when they saw bags of it, they told us to take them ourselves, even though they also said to leave the rubbish there. They make up reasons to keep your deposit. Shameful. We've reported the whole thing to consumer protection.

The pool area is massive and everything is kept in great shape. We were three couples with a little one and felt completely at home. We found all sorts of things to keep our daughter busy, including chalkboards she loved drawing on. We'd definitely come back!

Ana, the owner, was lovely and helpful, checking during our stay that we had what we needed. We stayed at the start of August and had a great time. The place is tucked away and very peaceful, which we really appreciated during Covid. The kids had a huge garden to play in, and the swimming pool was really big. The house itself is fantastic and well looked after, with a great barbecue and two places to eat, either under the porch or outside. We'll definitely return.
