Exe Tres Cantos

The location is ideal, right beside the train station for Madrid, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It’s a safe area even at night, and the reception staff were friendly. The rooms are decent, but the facilities don’t really feel four-star; there’s no kettle or coffee machine, for example. The room service team needs to improve. During my five-night stay, the room wasn’t vacuumed once, and there was a lot of dust on the table and elsewhere in the room.

Tres Cantos was quiet and clean, and I didn’t see many tourists. I walked to the supermarket at 10 p.m. and only saw locals walking their dogs, so I assume it’s very safe. Bars, restaurants, cafés, and small shops are all within walking distance, and there’s a big supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel is right beside the Tres Cantos train station, and the trip to the city center takes under 30 minutes. A single ticket to Sol costs €2.6. The room was comfortable and clean, and the reception staff were friendly. It’s a very nice four-star hotel with convenient transport into Madrid. I’m picky about hotels, but couldn’t find any flaws here. For sightseeing, this is a lovely place to stay, and the price is much more affordable than hotels of similar quality in central Madrid. I’d definitely choose it again if I come back.

A very good hotel for a business trip, close to several companies, with a few restaurants nearby.

Visited in August 2024. Everything was a 10 out of 10. The parking garage was clean and easy to enter, with an elevator up to the lobby, and check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean, the AC cold, the bed comfortable, and the WiFi fast. The TV was big with good channels, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Thanks for a great stay!
