The chicken dinner was a generous plate, with boneless breast, pan-fried potatoes and a little cooked green pepper, and it cost 8.50 euros. I needed an affordable meal without ham at 6:30 pm, and would have struggled to find one if the friendly hostel hosts, who also cook, hadn't helped. There’s freshwater fish at about the same price too, so I’ll probably eat here again tomorrow.

The photos undersell the place. It seems to have been renovated recently, and the couple who run it are friendly. Downstairs there’s a bar and comedor where you can get a beer, coffee or snack, plus a fireplace. It’s not luxury, but it was far better than I expected, good value, and there’s some parking right outside.

We were able to leave our historic motorbike safely in their garage overnight, which was a real help. This is a family-run place close to the Plaza in Treveléz, and everyone made us feel very welcome. The Hostal has recently been renovated to a high standard, and the traditional food was fresh, delicious and excellent value. Gracias, Fermina, Sonia and Mina.

The cafe downstairs seemed to be a favorite local spot, and we enjoyed the food and coffee there. Our room was spacious, clean and recently renovated, and we were very comfortable during our stay. Thanks for having us!

Big portions at affordable prices in the restaurant/bar, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are new, clean and nicely priced, and the location is good too. Highly recommended!
