A nice spot to unwind while heading to Santiago de Compostela. I'd recommend staying here.

Isabel, the owner, was so friendly and kind. The apartment felt cozy and welcoming, and I loved the whole place. It was very clean and had everything we wanted, including a pool and jacuzzi. I'd happily recommend it and hope to come back for another vacation.

From the moment we arrived, the holiday we had booked based on those supposedly fantastic photos turned into a huge disappointment. What you're renting is simply an attic. More than half the space has only about 50 cm of headroom, so you're constantly crouching. Getting up there means climbing a frightening iron staircase, which we took very carefully. Look at the tiny windows in the roof of the big house in the photos. That's the accommodation. The attic is one room split into three areas with curtains. Beside the bed, anyone sleeping on one side has to climb over the other person to get up, or crawl out. Breakfast is just a handful of packaged items that keep for a while, so bring your own supplies for the rest of your holiday. The host did give us one or two homemade cakes, which were definitely good. The mini fridge has no freezer, so there's nowhere to keep ice for a drink or a sorbet. It's a shame, because the place seems ambitious and could be glorious, but it's cluttered with huge pieces of junk. The biggest pile is right at the entrance to the property. If, like us, you fancy a barbecue, forget it. The grill was filthy and on the other side of the house, right where you park the car, less than a meter away, which felt like an obvious danger. The jacuzzi needs to be booked for a time, and you have to uncover it, climb in, use it, and cover it again. The listing says it's just the owners and us in the house, but that isn't at all true. The large glassed-in space facing the garden, which is the main image in the listing, is often rented to several tourists at once for a night or two, and they share the kitchen. We travel quite often and like discovering new places, with some control over the experience. Otherwise, we'd always choose a four-star hotel or something similar. This was by far the worst stay. At least we kept our spirits up, left as soon as we woke, and had breakfast nearby. That cafe deserves congratulations for its excellent service. From there we set off to explore Galicia, which has fantastic, beautiful and welcoming places. But we won't be coming back here.
