Complejo Rural A Toca

We’ve saved this place for another trip because we loved it, and it’s only a few kilometers from several spots to visit. David was great whenever we needed help, and the house had everything we could want. It’s cozy, with a fireplace in the living room and downstairs area, and the heating upstairs kept us perfectly warm. The welcome was lovely, 10 out of 10.

David was such a thoughtful, kind host, always checking that we had what we needed. At Casa Rural A Toca in Turégano, everything was spotless and carefully looked after; you can see the care put into the house and grounds. The food was incredible, made with high-quality ingredients and a lot of attention. We felt right at home during a spectacular weekend, and already want to return soon.

The gardens are spacious, with a playground and areas for little ones, so it seems especially suited to families. We came as parents of a one-year-old hoping for a quiet weekend, and were glad we chose it. David looked after us warmly from the moment we arrived, even though we were early, and check-in was quick and easy. The houses are beautiful, spotless, and well equipped, with a peaceful feel. The restaurant food was spectacular, David is an incredible chef. The location is convenient, and David and his team gave such clear directions that getting lost would be impossible. We can’t wait to come back with our baby when he’s older. A lovely place to recharge, and we’ll definitely return.

There’s so much peace and privacy here, it really feels like an oasis. We loved the house, the surroundings, and the restaurant. The owners and staff are always working to improve the facilities. And David cooks like an angel.
