Alojamiento La Veguilla

The dishwasher didn't work while we were there. We tried to have it fixed but got no solution. Otherwise, the property was okay, though it could use some improvement. My experience was just average.

The garden and back of the house were a mess: tools were left loose, the pool cleaner was plugged in, the shed was open, cluttered, and dangerous for children, and there was debris behind the house. The barbecue and its utensils were very dirty. Inside, the furniture was in bad shape. A closet had a broken lock, several chairs were too rickety to use, a blind's mechanism was broken, and some doors scraped along the floor. The bedroom door wouldn't close. Old towels were stained, and the shower curtain was moldy and dirty. There were also several practical problems. The heater was unplugged, exactly the opposite of what we'd been told. The coffee maker held a ridiculously small amount, and although there seemed to be Wi-Fi, we couldn't find the password. There was no iron or ironing board. The dishwasher had rubbed-off controls and no instructions. In several spots around the house, multiple appliances were plugged into one outlet. Kitchen utensils were covered in glue, so we had to wash them before using them.

We had such a good time here, and came away with lovely memories. The owners were very kind. The villa has four bedrooms, a huge living room, and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, there's a spacious furnished garden with hammocks, a large pool, a barbecue, and an outdoor table for memorable dinners. It's only a four-minute drive from Úbeda.

They charge fees, but the service isn't there. Everything feels outdated and poorly looked after, so the quality doesn't match the price at all.
