It felt overpriced for what you get. The place has had a nice facelift, but the kitchen is very old and the shower is open, with water leaking everywhere. The location is the best part. There’s no elevator in the building, so I don’t think it’s worth the price.

There were ants on the kitchen counter, and the place was filthy. Hair was on the pillows, sheets, and in the shower, plus a dusty, dirty sock under the bed. We told the owner, who said someone would clean the next day, but nobody came and he offered no other solution or change. A complete disaster, and the owner was useless.
