We rented a car and found the location handy for getting around the island, with most places about 15-30 minutes away. There's also a bus stop nearby for anyone who'd rather not drive. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and had a very pleasant time. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Alfonso was a fantastic host, always happy to help and kind throughout. He sent us useful island information several times during the week.

The host went out of their way to meet any extra requests I had, and the room had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was very good, so I could stay connected, even though the setting and room make you want to disconnect and spend more time with nature and the real outside world. It's a clean, quiet, charming house, a comfortable refuge for a couple or solo traveler exploring the island.

Alfonso made our stay special. He's a great host, full of information and willing to do whatever he can to make your time enjoyable. We had a perfect week at La Finca Uga. It's a lovely casa rural near Timanfaya National Park and quite central for exploring the island, away from mass tourism. The apartment is simple, clean, and comfortable, and the garden is beautiful. Thanks again, Alfonso. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden is beautiful, with places to eat outside or just relax, and the clean, cosy place has a nice kitchen and bathroom. Alfonso was hospitable and kind, making sure we had what we needed and recommending some nice places to see in Lanzarote. He and his uncle even shared snacks with us, including that magical tomato paste of yours! The location is handy, about a 15-minute drive from the airport and close to Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife, and Playa Blanca. It's near the middle of the island, so especially convenient with a car. We can definitely recommend it and will stop by next time we're in Lanzarote.

A friendly host and traditional accommodation, with what you need for a traditional Canarian getaway. If you're cooking dinner, do it before dark because the kitchen lighting is very poor. The shower is small but piping hot. The mezzanine bedroom is reached by a steep ladder, so it won't suit older people or anyone with walking difficulties or certain disabilities.
