The food and service were the best part for me. The menu has plenty of choice, and everything was high quality. The waitresses were friendly too. The dining room itself felt cold and more like a canteen or cafe, though, and the decor didn't match the food or service. The hotel is clean and modern, with a friendly reception and easy parking. It's not the nicest setting, but it's handy if you're working nearby or passing on the motorway. I'd stay again for work in the area.

There are plenty of free parking spaces, and local shops and restaurants are close by. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, and the cafe food was good. They kept everything very clean, even though the weather was bad when I arrived. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

10/10
The room was spacious and quiet, even though it's next to a main road, and the shower had great pressure. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Getting there was easy, and both the cafe and restaurant served lovely food. The cafe waitress was especially good, the service was second to none. I'll come back, five stars.

We loved the relaxed, pleasant feel of our stay. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean, and the car park felt safe. The motorway is nearby, with a couple of other places to eat or drink within walking distance. Everyone was so friendly, from the bar and cafe staff, who had a nice range of tapas at very low prices for a four star European hotel, to the woman running breakfast. She was on her own, working hard and keeping things moving while helping guests. After we'd checked in, the receptionist even came to find us with a free drink voucher because we'd booked directly through the hotel K10 website. A lovely surprise.

The staff really made this a great value stay. Patricia, Oksana, Hector and the whole cleaning team were friendly and always ready to help. Plenty of hotels put up signs about cleanliness and sustainability without following through. HK didn't need the signs, they delivered. If you've got a car, we highly recommend staying at HK10.
