Very Good Featured review

10/10
We found the room especially useful with its fridge, and it was large, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. Everything seemed newly refurbished. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It's a charming hotel on the outskirts of Usurbil. We'd happily stay again, and I'm sure we will.

Really good location, not far from San Sebastian city center. The room was spacious, the service excellent, and breakfast VERY GOOD. Simply the BEST!

8/10
No frills, just a very good and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was nice. It's reasonably priced and there's easy train access to San Sebastián, about 10-15 minutes. We'd stay here again.

The restaurant only opens for dinner on Friday and Saturday, and there's nowhere nearby to eat. Getting around is difficult if you have mobility problems: there are lots of stairs, and the lift serves only one floor. You have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the lift, and if your room is on the second floor, there are more stairs to climb.

A straightforward, comfortable room and a good, simple breakfast. Lovely no-nonsense hotel. I'd happily come back.
