Even arriving late, we got a warm welcome and a really good home-cooked pilgrim meal. Such a great vibe here.

The host made us feel so welcome, and the food was on another level. This place is incredible. Make sure you stop here.

The garden is beautiful, and there’s even a special little place to pray. Christopher and his wife are so sweet and look after everything, doing all they can to make you comfortable. For what you pay, you get a lot.

We had a lovely time and dinner at the albergue. The owner was so friendly.

It’s hard to leave a negative review when the family are such lovely, welcoming people. They did their best to help with everything, served us a generous pilgrims dinner, and helped with laundry. We appreciated that a lot. The place itself is in really poor condition, though. We stayed with our two kids, and the bedrooms smelled awful, like mold and possibly rodents. There was a dead mouse in our room, and the beds were very uncomfortable. It was a rough night. There also wasn’t a communal place to spend the afternoon, so we ended up sitting at the bar across the street at the other Albergue.
