I’m furious that this has disrupted our vacation. Beatriz told me the house would be €200 more than the price on Booking.com when I asked about it, so I pointed that out. After getting no reply for a few days, I booked through Booking.com. Once she saw the reservation, she offered the cheaper house and asked me to cancel that booking. I did as she asked. She was meant to reserve the house for us then, but it seemed odd that she didn’t ask for a deposit or any details from us. A few hours later, she said there was a problem and she had to cancel. They’ll do anything to make more money. Unbelievable. I wouldn’t take it even for free.

Beatriz was very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. We spent 15 days in the second half of August. The house was spacious, pleasant, and well equipped, in a quiet village and a great spot for exploring Cantabria. Highly recommended.
