We tried to rent the house, but unforeseen circumstances meant we couldn't go. The person handling the rental has practically disappeared and still won't return our deposit, after putting us off again and again. They also managed to get our negative reviews removed, and Google emailed us claiming we'd broken its rules. I absolutely do not recommend them. We've already taken the necessary steps so they can't get away with this.

We'd never had an experience like this before. We booked through Airbnb with a cancellation policy, but they contacted us to arrange a contract outside the platform and asked us to transfer a 30% deposit. After we cancelled for personal reasons, they promised for weeks to refund the €220. It still hasn't come back, so we feel we've been scammed.

We filed a complaint because they haven't followed the rules they set out. We cancelled within the allowed timeframe, but they still refuse to return our €220 deposit. Their management has been very poor, and we think they're trying to deceive people. They also delete reviews so others can't see them. Let's hope the courts take action.

The neighbors will tell you off over even the slightest noise, and the house isn't worth what it costs. It's large, but badly neglected and very dirty. The kitchen is disgusting, the bathrooms are old and poorly maintained, and the shower is in bad shape. The pool is dirty too, while the tables and chairs are old and uncared for. It's an old house with no maintenance whatsoever.
