A great place to relax.

Just right.

We were traveling as several families, with kids from 8 to 18, and everyone found plenty to enjoy in the space and the surrounding area. The cottages felt cozy and carefully looked after, with the comforts of home. The peaceful countryside setting made it easy to switch off, and the hosts were consistently kind and helpful. They pointed us toward lovely local outings and genuine restaurants serving very good homemade food at reasonable prices. A place we'd gladly come back to. We had a great stay, 5/5.

Marvao is right nearby across the Portuguese border, and there are several other interesting places close by. The cottages sit among lively mountain scenery, which makes the setting feel almost magical. We've returned three or four times and each time it's hard to leave. The traditional cottages have been renovated and have what you need for a few nice days. They're clean and well equipped, and the staff are warm and happy to suggest places to see.
