We stayed last fall before the grand opening and had a fantastic experience. We came back, but never again. They put us in a small, dark room, there were no tubs, and we couldn't get any service. Very disappointing. Save your money.

Everything else was good, but breakfast was a letdown. There was nothing fresh to eat.

The staff treated us like family, and the room was spotless with everything we could need. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with tiles and stained glass, and there's a swimming pool and gym. Its central location gives it access from two streets to a wonderful garden, where you can stroll or unwind on the terraces. You hardly need to leave, though it's lovely to walk Valencia de Don Juan's peaceful streets and enjoy the friendly people. The castle is an interesting place to visit, even though we didn't explore it fully. Our Oviedo Cathedral stands as a symbol of the affection we feel for them. Thank you so much! 💖❤️
