Hostal Restaurante Campo Abierto

We found the room and the rest of the place clean and comfortable, and the stylish chairs and armchairs gave it a lovely feel. It’s well worth visiting, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Everything was very good apart from two small issues in room 08: the toilet handle latch doesn’t open all the way, which could give you a scare, and the screws on the two outlets under the TV are loose, so we couldn’t plug anything in. We also didn’t see the owners when we left, so couldn’t let them know.

It was clean, and we were treated appropriately, but the place felt almost like a ghost hostel. They don’t serve meals, and the rooms could use a little updating. Still, the rooms are spacious, and it’s fine if you just want a quiet night.

You get lovely views across open countryside, and it’s a really relaxing location. The hostel itself is simple, and the owner is friendly. The room was fine, though the bathroom was a bit disgusting: flies kept coming back in the shower and sink even after I removed them. Despite that, it didn’t look dirty.

The breakfast was good, and the price felt fair for what you get. Meals seemed a bit expensive for what was offered. The rooms were quite reasonable, and the atmosphere was good.
