There were three couples in our family, all of us from Cartagena. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean, and Andrés treated us so well. He was helpful and kind, and the girls who welcomed us were so pleasant. We booked with breakfast and they stocked the fridge for us. I'd give more stars if I could. Thank you so much, Andrés and company 😔 😔 🫂🫂🫂🤗

This apartment is not recommended. It's completely outdated and advertised as having two bathrooms, though one has a bathtub that barely counts as one. The landlord's response is beside the point, since I was one of the other tenants. There are several potential safety issues, including loose wires from heating appliances. Maintenance is poor, and some windows are impossible to see through. At least one bed needs replacing, and both living-room sofas sag. One is covered with a cloth that hides how badly it has sagged in several places.

The location was okay, but the place had a lot of problems. There weren't two bathrooms, and the only bathtub was so low you couldn't shower in it. Its curtain was filthy. The chairs didn't feel safe to sit on, the shelves were crooked, and the broken toothbrush just rolled off. The couch was awful and dirty, and the bed shown in the photo was unusable, completely crippled. Some windows were too dirty to see through, and the electrical system clearly wasn't working properly.

It cost a bit much, but the location was good and I could walk from there. I also managed to park for free inside the grounds.
