Big house Valencia Espais Boscá

Valencia is a beautiful place, and this is a good area for nightclubs and nightlife. The adjoining properties were often partying on their terraces until 3:30 am, though we were told on arrival that the law meant we couldn’t use our own terrace after 10 at night. We later found out that wasn’t true. The apartment itself was dirty, tacky, and tired, especially for a place charging 50 euros for cleaning. The bathrooms were grimy, the air filters were dirty, and the BBQ area was dirty too. We found a dirty plate under the sofa and a crisp between the cushions. Dining room chairs were dirty, and the rattan terrace seats were broken and dirty. There weren’t enough dishes for eight people, and the TV remotes had no batteries. A lot of things were broken or not working properly: the outside furniture, toilet seat, shower holder, mosquito net, bedside lamp, stair gate, and cooker. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly either. The fuse box kept tripping, cutting the electricity and Wi-Fi, which then took time to reconnect. It gave the impression there was a lift, but it was out of order.
