Malvarrosa Beach Rooms

Flor at the front desk made the whole stay feel seamless. She helped with recommendations and arrangements, answered requests quickly, and was always kind and welcoming. From my arrival onward, her warm smile and effortless professionalism made a real impression. If you're at Hotel Malvarrosa, Flor will take good care of you. She's a real asset to the team, and I'd happily recommend the hotel.

The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep, both late at night and early in the morning. There was no AC, only two dirty old fans, and the TV didn't work. There wasn't a fridge either. The bathroom was very dated and not properly clean, and the bed was tiny and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke: artificial juice, coffee and tea, bread slices and croissants. For what you get, it's far too expensive. I'd spend more and stay somewhere better.

You can see the sandy beach and sunset from the window or balcony, and the hotel is right by the beach and restaurants. The facilities were poor, though: cracked walls, busted light bulbs, and mosquitoes in the room. A nearby club kept playing loud music until 4am.

No air conditioning in a room where it was 35 C, no lights, and no elevator. The stairs are narrow, so don't bring luggage you can't carry up yourself. It cost $150.00, which felt like a huge scam. The included breakfast was just a piece of bread to toast with olive oil. What a joke. This is easily the worst hotel we've stayed in. One star feels too generous. I'd call it “the room in hell.”
