Miramar Hotel Restaurante

I canceled my reservation within 20 minutes of making it, and I can provide an Expedia screenshot as proof. It’s not my fault if the hotel opens several hours later and only then reviews bookings. When I needed help, the service was practically nonexistent, and the owner or manager seemed almost entirely unwilling to assist. I’d never stay here.

I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant. The decor is lovely, but the food and drinks were the real standout. I tried black paella for the first time on the chef’s recommendation, and it blew me away. It’s become my benchmark now. The hotel itself was clean and peaceful, with a beautiful atmosphere and helpful staff.

We booked at the last minute and paid more than we’d hoped, but looking back, it turned out to be a great deal. For a 2 star hotel, the room was much better than expected. You can tell there’s been an effort to modernize and improve it. We had a sea view, a quiet room with nice decor, comfortable clean beds, and fresh towels. There was shampoo, hand cream, a hair dryer, a small fridge for drinks, and a clever safe that worked with the hotel key card. The location is perfect and the staff are great. The rooms aren’t flawless, but for 2 stars, we were pleasantly surprised.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Hotel Miramar is right by the beach, with plenty of restaurants and other amenities close by, which made it a great spot for a short stay in Valencia. The walls are thin, though, so noise carries from neighboring rooms. After 10 PM, even a loud laugh might get a knock on the wall. If you’re happy to keep the noise down at night, it’s a good place for a relaxing beachside visit.
