Really love this place!

Super good.

The room was filthy and smelled strongly of tobacco. The inside of the door in the room my partner and I were given was broken and had holes in it, and the shower only put out a trickle. After one night, we were covered in insect bites and our eyes were itchy. The blinds were broken too, and although there was a TV, there was no remote. The towels felt very rough. We could hear street noise and people in other rooms, and the stairs were incredibly loud. There’s no elevator. I won’t stay here again. This is the worst hostel I’ve ever been to.

We had a reservation yesterday for a somewhat delicate matter. After a problem at work, we called to say we’d be 20 minutes late. The person at reception, or the owner, said no, she closed at 10 and had to leave. We explained that we had no other option, were driving without having showered, and could pick up the keys wherever she told us so we wouldn’t be stranded. She was rude and said she didn’t care, time was time. She had a chance to help us and left us in the lurch. She also hasn’t refunded the reservation. I’m giving one star because I can’t give less. In our opinion, she’s a shameless scoundrel with no humanity. I hope they shut the place down. Never go there.
