The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel welcomed our dogs with a bed, treats and bowls. The location was fabulous too. Breakfast was the letdown. It came with our booking.com stay, so we can't complain too much, but we wouldn't have paid for it. There was no staff in the breakfast room to help.

The room was tiny, with one small, uncomfortable bed, nothing like the photos shown when booking. I'd reserved a room with two beds, and the reservation showed a nice room with two twin beds. When I showed the photos, they said that was a different room. The bed was so bad we left early for another hotel with better beds, but they still charged us for the final night even though we'd been given a room unlike the one reserved. The location was perfect and the price was cheap. The woman at check-in was lovely, but the man working the rest of our stay spoke no English and was rude.

Just off Plaza Mayor in Valladolid, this is a wonderful hotel with stunning decor. Manager Roberto gives visitors the highlights of the city, and the hotel map is excellent and very accurate. Breakfast was a little disappointing, though there are other places nearby if you'd rather eat elsewhere.
