NH Valladolid Bálago

The room was clean, quiet, and good, and we’ll come back. It’s a little outside the center, which may not suit everyone, though there’s secure underground parking for a small fee. The front desk service was cheerful and efficient, and they were very happy to welcome our two dogs. We brought their own dog bed, and they were well received. The total €25 cleaning fee for the dogs felt fairer, though I still think it’s a new way to make money ;)

We’ve booked a room here twice and have been really happy both times. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is awesome. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We’ll keep coming back 🫶🏻

Breakfast was very good, and Gonzales at reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent for the price, as you’d expect from a budget hotel, but some basics are missing: there’s no kettle for tea or coffee, no toothbrush or vanity kit, and the room only has paid water.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with nice decor. The hotel sits a bit outside the city center. Breakfast felt a little too simple for me; I’d expected more variety.
