The house was spotless and clearly well cared for, with lots of thoughtful little details. We came for a quiet weekend and got just that. There were wasps on the facade, which was the one small downside, but we had a great, peaceful stay. Thanks to the owner for being so welcoming. We'd happily come back.
With marked hiking routes all around, it’s a great spot if you love the mountains. The house sits by the Mijares River, in the heart of Castellón province, and the setting feels peaceful and welcoming. The owner’s hospitality made the stay even better. Highly recommended!
The river is almost right beside the house, and it’s beautiful. I imagine it must be lovely in summer. We rented the place for New Year’s Eve and found it clean, warm, and cozy, with no bothersome neighbors, which matters a lot. It felt like a break from the city while still being close to everything.
The owner was so friendly and pleasant, and I had an amazing weekend. It’s a very peaceful mountain setting, and the house is both huge and cozy. I loved the place and would come back.
