Sonviscos Valldemossa

We felt at home right from the start, and the whole stay was so romantic. The rooms are spacious and simply decorated, with lots of daylight and garden views. We loved starting cold mornings with a dip in the beautiful natural pool, then having a delicious, generous buffet breakfast in the warm, cozy kitchen and dining room. Everything felt thoughtfully done. Such a magical stay in Mallorca. Thanks to Elly and the staff for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back.

We only booked one night, our first in Mallorca, and immediately wished we’d had longer. The room was clean, the design was lovely, and it all looked very new. The outdoor space was a highlight, with little private spots to sit all around. I can imagine it being beautiful in summer. Breakfast was 10/10, fresh and full of options, even avocados. It was November, so the pool was ice-cold in the morning, but we jumped in at sunrise and felt great afterward. Highly recommend this place!

The kitchen was the thing that made this place feel so charming, special, and authentic. The garden and pool were lovely too, and Valldemossa is just 4 min away. Everything felt warm and welcoming, from the service to the rooms and the general atmosphere. It’s one of my favorite stays so far, the kind of place where you feel at home straight away. I highly recommend it!

The pool was one of the most charming and fun parts of our stay, even though they barely mention it on the website. It’s a lovely natural setting, with chickens and goats doing their thing, and a great spot for a quick afternoon break. Valldemossa is a great base, and for us it’s the best of the mountain towns to stay in. Walking into town takes some effort, with a decent uphill trek of 15 to 20 minutes, but parking was easy enough, so we drove. The rooms were good and comfortable. The A/C was okay, about what I expected for the location and kind of place. You can’t have authentic Spanish charm and great A/C. It was a great place, better than expected.
