Apartamentos Concha

We came back for a second stay in January 2026, so we knew the place. The location is great, the rooftop terrace is a plus, and the kitchen is simple but mostly functional. The price is good too. The arrival was a problem, though. The owner said our booked apartment was occupied that night because the previous guest was ill, and gave us a smaller, inferior room without the kitchen we had booked. We had to push for a partial refund. The next morning we checked out, then waited until the afternoon to move into the proper apartment, leaving our bags unattended by the hotel entrance in the meantime. Our room also wasn't cleaned every two days as the Booking.com description said. The bathroom stayed damp most of the time, and ventilation barely helped.

The place was clean and comfortable, and despite the downsides, I think it's worth it. There's no blinds, so daylight comes in very early, and the walls are thin enough that you hear everything.

The rooms have fantastic views, and the reception staff are friendly. It's in a good location.
