The apartment was nice, but it wasn’t very well equipped. There was no information about anything, including Wi-Fi or local services.

Lovely clean rooftop pool, right by the beach, and parking was easy.

The location was good and the pool was pleasant, but for the price the apartment’s sparse setup wasn’t acceptable. It was very basic, which might have been manageable, except the bathroom was left unclean and thick with limescale. The toilet was so old I couldn’t tell its age. They changed the towels, but otherwise only mopped the floor, and there were no cleaning products for us to deal with the bathroom ourselves. The kitchen had no kettle or coffee maker, just four cups, plates, knives and forks. There was a coffee filter, fortunately it fit a pot, otherwise we’d have had to buy one. Some apartments are privately owned and others rented out. At first everything seemed fine, but the amenities were really minimal.

The price felt extremely high for the poor condition of the place. Our sheets and bedspreads had holes, the curtains were full of holes too, and there was dirt around. The first impression was great and the service initially seemed impeccable, but things went downhill over the next few hours. The kitchen was in bad shape, with a dirty fridge, cutlery and dishes, plus a rusty dish rack. We mentioned the coffee grounds in some cups and the awful kitchen spatula, among other small problems with utensils we needed. They replaced those items promptly and kindly. That evening, though, the shower had no water coming from the showerhead, and the towels were dirty. When we reported it, they acted as if we were bothering them. For what this accommodation costs, I think I have every right to expect a basic level of cleanliness.
